I have three amazing fur babies of my own at home, so I know how important it is to trust the people caring for your pets — and I treat every dog here like they’re part of my family.

I help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes and on the floor—supporting our team, making sure our pups are safe and happy, and ensuring every customer has a great experience. Whether it’s jumping in with playgroups, helping pet parents at the front desk, or solving problems on the fly, I’m always ready to lend a hand. I’ve loved working with animals for years, and I’m passionate about creating a positive, well-organized environment for both our team and our four-legged guests. Hey I’m Tiff! I am a shift lead at Ruff Housing. I help manage play groups and work to ensure that the dogs are safe, happy and loved while they are in our care! I have over 7 years of experience working in pet care and absolutely love getting to spend time with the pups here! In my free time I enjoy reading, gaming and spoiling my own pets, 2 cats and a golden retriever.- Tiff H.
Hi, I'm Sherrie, and I have been grooming professionally for over 11 years. Here at Ruff Housing I specialize in making every pup feel their best - whether that means a breed-specific cut, a de-shedding treatment, or just a good scrub and nail trim. I do my best to create a calm, gentle environment so even nervous dogs can relax and enjoy their spa day. I treat them like they are my own! When I'm not grooming, you will find me spending time with those I love - my sweet boxer mix Macie, my crazy three adult children, or my fun 6-year-old grandson. – Sherrie F.

With nine years of professional grooming experience, I take pride in helping every dog look and feel their very best. I enjoy working with a variety of grooming styles and techniques, and I have a special love for specific breeds cuts like Wheatons, Schnauzers, Scottish Terriers, and Westies.
I also have a soft spot for senior pups and dogs who may be a little nervous about grooming. Earning their trust and helping them discover that grooming can be a calm, positive experience is one of the most rewarding parts of my work.
When I’m not at the salon, I love spending time with my husband and our children.

I am currently enjoying customer service and being one of the happy faces you see when you drop your beloved dogs off for daycare, boarding and grooming. I'm also the voice you hear when you pick up the phone to call and ask questions or make a reservation. I pride myself on tailoring services to you and your dog's specific needs including specialized services for dogs with a variety of social, health and behavioral needs. It is of the utmost importance to me that you and your dog have both a fun and positive experience their entire stay with us. When I’m not at the front desk, in the playroom or working in the back of house/lodging I’m probably watching Lord of the Rings, Anime, or the Simpsons.
